All Level Yoga: A little bit of everything. Some flow, some holds, definitely working on the basics. There will always be an option to take it easy, and an option to challenge yourself. *Beginner friendly*

PiYo: The muscle sculpting of pilates and the flexibility of yoga, combined with non-stop movement. Burn serious calories and have have fun doing it! Please bring your own water, you’ll need it. *Beginner Friendly*

Slow Flow Yoga: Moving from one pose to the next, this class is very fluid.
